“Listen to the MUSTN’Ts, child,
Listen to the DON’Ts
Listen to the SHOULDN’Ts
The IMPOSSIBLEs, the WONTs
Listen to the NEVER HAVEs
Then listen close to me--
Anything can happen, child,
ANYTHING can be.”

Welcome to Miss Myers' Adventurous Teacher Page.
Hello,
Being a new English teacher, I of course idealize that every student will absolutely love my course and that they will have a forever love for English and communications. Unfortunately, I know that this cannot be possible, but I can try my best. In my class I try to provide and open atmosphere where the classroom is like a community. One of my goals is to help students see each other as unique and interesting individuals through my many English and communications lessons and activities. In my class I try to use technology as much as possible, so that the students can use technology for their academic advantage and this website is just another tool I use to do so. Hopefully this website will give my students, parents of students, and colleagues a look into who I am as a teacher and person as well as what I recommend and think others will enjoy or find useful.
